1. What this is

The Biocord content publishing tool («the Service») is an internal application operated by Biocord, a brand of dietary supplements and vitamins (biocord.space).

The Service schedules and publishes product content to Pinterest accounts that Biocord owns or has been authorised to manage, generates pin imagery and copy for those accounts, and reports on the results.

The Service is not a public product. There is no self-service registration, no free tier, and no third-party users. Access is limited to Biocord staff holding the control-panel password.

2. Permitted use

• Only Pinterest accounts owned by Biocord, or accounts whose owner has given the company explicit permission, may be connected.
• Only content that Biocord owns or is licensed to publish may be uploaded and posted.
• Published pins must comply with the Pinterest Community Guidelines and Developer Terms.

3. Prohibited use

• Connecting accounts without the owner's permission.
• Publishing content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
• Spam, deceptive content, or artificially inflating engagement.
• Circumventing Pinterest rate limits or any other platform restriction.

4. Publishing limits

The Service enforces per-account limits on the number of pins published per day, per week and per month, together with a minimum interval between pins. These limits are configured by the operator and exist to keep publishing within reasonable bounds.

5. Generated content and product claims

Pin images and descriptions are produced automatically using generative models. Biocord remains responsible for everything published, including the accuracy of product descriptions and article numbers. Generated output may be reviewed before publication by enabling manual approval in the control panel.

Content relating to dietary supplements is published as marketing material only. It is not medical advice and makes no claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

6. Availability and liability

The Service is provided as-is, with no warranty of uninterrupted operation. It depends on the Pinterest API and on third-party generative models, and either may become unavailable or change without notice. Biocord accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

7. Relationship to Pinterest

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc.
